About Kumtanesi Association

Kumtanesi Association is a non-profit civil society organization founded with the mission of developing mutual understanding between different cultures and religions. We believe that in todays challenging world, our main priority should be addressing the challenges of sustainable global peace. To assure a sustainable future for humanity we need to develop concepts and tools to initiate mutual understanding between different cultures. Our focus has been the developing of on-line educational material that will help to create a sustainable world. We base our philosophy on Sufism and Taoism. The combination of these two "paths" or filosophies, we believe, are the foundations of creating peace in the minds of women and men on this planet. And let us not forget that true peace is only possible through the realization of inner peace of each individual.
